Customer may request in writing a refund for products, programs, and/or services (“Products”) purchased from Your Bill Killer under the following conditions:

It has been no more than 30 (30) days from the purchase date of Products; and
Customer has completely followed Company instructions and recommendations for Products; and
Customer is not completely satisfied with Products.

Any later requests shall be disregarded. Refund requests are limited to the dollar amount remitted by Customer to Your Bill Killer for Products, subject to any applicable processing and/or administrative charges associated with issuing the refund, in the sole discretion of Your Bill Killer.

Upon receipt of a written request, Company will process Customer’s refund request in the ordinary course of Company’s business. Upon e-mailing a written request for a refund, Customer agrees not to publish, disseminate, transfer, or use for personal or business purposes Products and any and all materials, services, information, programs, or other products associated with Company or its affiliates.
